Prioritize you.

Just in scrolling through social media feeds this month..


I sincerely hope that we, collectively invest more in our mental health this year. We all manage, carry and show up differently. We do what works, for the most part.

And, my observation doesn't imply that someone is crazy or struggling mentally, by far. I actually hate that stigma that's attached to "mental health". It does however suggest that we at least consider cultivating our minds, better. What we think often becomes our reality ..affecting all who are connected to us.

I don't care if it's mediation for 5 minutes, turning off your phone for a couple hours a day, taking time to read, pray, journal, get a session in with your therapist (find one if you don't have one, some employers offer great resources) or listen to affirmations, ETC. ... Get it in, fit it in. You are a priority. Stay at the top of the list this year.
